With the turn of the year comes new possibilities & new beginnings. Oftentimes we dive in, head first, with a vigor and an intensity that is unsustainable and rather unkind to ourselves. What if this year, you deliciously glided into the New Year with rest & play & creativity at the forefront? Imagine you, smiling at your life, taking full breaths, exhaling with content. See yourself leaning into a calm, grounded, peaceful joy, anchored to your Knowing. This is how we would like to start the year with you at the Mindful Beginnings Retreat. We will offer programming to help you anchor to the feeling of your life that you want to cultivate this year with plenty of space to simply BE & celebrate all that you already are, no self-development required. Room for play in nature, creativity for the sole purpose of reuniting with your creative self & restful retreat with ample nourishment of body & soul.

About New Beginnings: 2024

Nestled in the tranquil embrace of nature’s winter wonderland, our 4-day retreat is a harmonious blend of rejuvenation and personal transformation designed to kickstart the new year with renewed vitality and purpose. As the crisp winter air surrounds you, participants will immerse themselves in a series of invigorating winter wellness activities, including snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and yoga. These experiences will not only invigorate the body but also provide a serene backdrop for the journey ahead.

What sets this retreat apart is its holistic approach to personal and professional growth. Alongside these exhilarating outdoor pursuits, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in thoughtful goal-setting workshops, reflection sessions, and guided planning exercises. These activities will help them uncover their innermost aspirations, clarify their life’s mission, and establish priority-driven goals.

By the end of the retreat, participants will leave with a newfound sense of clarity and purpose, their vision for the year ahead crystal clear. The expansive natural surroundings and the camaraderie of like-minded individuals will have fostered an environment of fun, laughter, and self-discovery. This retreat isn’t just about setting goals; it’s about setting the right goals, aligning them with your true mission, and equipping you with the tools and inspiration to make them a reality. As you return to your daily life, you’ll carry with you the energy, focus, and determination needed to achieve personal and professional growth.
